At Cykelfiket it is easy, safe and free from unpleasant surprises to shop. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee (even if the packaging is broken). VAT is included in all prices. Below you will find our complete terms and conditions!
We offer a 14-day return policy, even if the packaging is broken if it is necessary to break the packaging in order for you to test the product. Please note, however, that the packaging should be broken with the least possible damage. If the product has been damaged, we have the right to assess how much the sales value has decreased and deduct this amount from the return money.
Products that cannot be returned after the packaging has been broken are: bits, underwear, socks, tights, hygiene products, plants and batteries. A return takes 14 days to process. Please note that open purchase does not apply to food, which therefore cannot be returned.
If you want to return a product, you must first report your case to the email retur@cykelfiket.se Please note that you must provide your order number and the email address you used to place your order when reporting your issue.
From the time you report your case, you have 14 days to return the product. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping in the case of open purchase (return slip can be purchased from us), and you must be able to prove upon request that you sent the product, so always ask for a receipt from your delivery point. Please note! For bulky items, the customer is responsible for the return and the costs associated with this. Our regular return slips do not apply to bulky items, e.g. bicycles. If you want to use open purchase, send the item back well packaged in the original carton with outer packaging.
We will refund your money within 10 days in the event of cancellation due to delay, complaint or open purchase. Don't forget to let us know how you want us to transfer the money to you or if you want a credit receipt. NOTE! If you have paid for an item with a gift card, you can only get a gift card in return and not money.

Delivery
We offer delivery with Postnord to agents. Free shipping applies to orders over 1,499:-, otherwise shipping costs from 149 SEK. Orders received before 12:00 on working days are always shipped the same day.
*Free shipping does not apply to bicycles or box bikes.
Payment
Payment can be made via bank/credit card, direct payment, invoice or partial payment.

Bank/credit card
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are free of charge. -
Direct payment
You pay directly to Geonom by logging in and transferring money via your internet bank. We offer direct payment with Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. Direct payment is free of charge. -
Invoice
You pay in arrears per invoice. 14 days payment period. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged in the amount permitted by law, currently SEK 60, as well as late payment interest of 24% + applicable reference interest. You must be over 18 years of age and must not have any payment complaints to use an invoice. -
Split the payment
We send your order directly and you choose each month how much you want to pay off your amount (minimum 50 SEK/month or 1/24 of the total amount) and can always choose to pay off the entire amount at once. All your installment purchases are collected on a smooth monthly invoice. Payment is always made on the last day of the month. Annual interest 19.5%, avia fee 29 SEK/month. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order from us.
Warranty & Complaints
We guarantee that the goods you receive are free of defects upon delivery. In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints. Please note! For bulky items, the customer is responsible for the return and the costs associated with it.
In the event of a dispute, you can proceed with your complaint at EU common dispute resolution site which hears disputes arising from cross-border e-commerce. In the event of a national dispute, we primarily refer to The Swedish National Complaints Board can be reached at www.arn.se or ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
You have the right to open the packaging free of charge to check that the product works.
