As soon as we are ready with your bike, you will receive a text message that it is ready for collection.


In our booking system you can book one service at a time. If you have several problems with your bike that you want to fix on the same day, it is possible to book more services in our booking system.


If you need to change your booked time, you can change the time or cancel in the confirmation email you received when you made your booking.


Yes! In our shop at Heden there are bicycles that can be rented. Rent a bike for 300 SEK/day or for a whole week for 1500 SEK. Click here to go to the rental page.


No problem! If you don't have time to come and pick up the bike the same day we notify you, it can remain with us.


Yes! All our stores have a bike pump outside that everyone can use. It is open 24/7 so it can help you even when we are not there.


In addition to repairing bicycles, we also service electric scooters from the brands Xiamo and Ninebot. You can easily book this in the same way as a regular bicycle.


You can find our opening hours on Google. We try to keep these as up to date as possible, but on some days they may differ.


With us you always get help directly in store, but we cannot guarantee that we can do the work on your bike right away. This means that we will help you book an appointment and then we will start on your bike as soon as we can. If we have a free schedule, we can usually do the jobs right away.


Your cycle will be done according to schedule which in theory means it will be done the same day, but we are also human and sometimes things get crazy. Therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be done the same day.


In most cases we can order bicycle parts if they are not already in stock. On our website there is an order form where you can fill in exactly which part you are missing. If you want the part sent to your home, we will charge our standard shipping cost of 149 SEK.


When it comes to replacing spokes, the easiest way is to contact us . The work involved in replacing a spoke can vary greatly, so it is not available as a service option.

    Our espresso, which we use in all three stores, comes from Bergstrands Kafferosteri, which is roasted on Ringön here in Gothenburg. We are currently using their 8.2 blend with notes of forest, roasted hazelnuts and foamed banana.
